Hi Im new here. I have rented an L4D2 server.

I tried installing (via Ftp_ the sourcemod and metamod files to activate
mods for my server since there is no means to do this in the control panel.
After restarting, it doesnt seem to read the files.

I would like to know if this FFS allows this files, how do you do install it,
and also if the server is linux or windows based.

False alarm. the default installation of L4D2 is not updated. needs to be updated to the latest files for the addons (sourcemod and metamod) to work.

its working now.
