stuck with a irc problem

he everyone again,i have installed a irc filter in my server(i have tried this on windows and it works fine),every start fine,but the bots dont connect and im getting this

[18:45:09] *** IRC_OnUserNotice (Bot ID 1): User OperServ (services@irc.gtanet.com) sent notice to weazlebot: The session limit for your host stingray.serverffs.com has been exceeded.

Can any one help with this,this is the same for both bots,is it me doing something wrong or have i missed something.

You have to contact the network that has the session limit (GTANet in this case).
